Lu, esse é pra você! Cinnamon Rolls são característicos do Thanksgiving nos Estados Unidos, mas muita gente conhece por aquela bendita rede Cinnabon . Hm, hm, hm. Cinnamon Rolls 1 xícara (chá) de leite morno 2 ovos em temperatura ambiente 1/3 xícara (chá) de manteiga, derretida ( ou óleo de oliva ) 4 1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo ( ou a especial para pão ) 1 colher (chá) de sal 1/2 xícara (chá) de de açúcar granulado 2 1/2 colher (chá) de fermento p/ pão Recheio 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar mascavo 2 1/2 colheres (sopa) de canela em pó 1/3 xícara de manteiga
